Time Line Therapy® involves creating a timeline of your experiences and tracing it back to that first root cause of the trigger so that you can release the event and completely heal.
During the two days, I will ask you to recall important events in your past that may have deeply affected how you now respond in the present. You will likely find yourself recalling events you had forgotten or that your unconscious mind has hidden from you.
The goal is to let whatever comes up be the right answer - your unconscious mind is recalling it for a reason!
Then, we uncover the lesson from that particular event. This is so that you can move on from the event and no longer repeat it. Finally, we will discuss your audacious goal and place this future event on your timeline. This will help you embody your future self, who’s already achieved this goal. This alignment will help move toward your goal faster.

Yes! Though I’m based in Los Angeles, most Empowered to Act® programs take place via Zoom.
No. We can talk about the best way to work this into your schedule. For example, you can choose to do Day 1 one week and Day 2 the following week, if it works better with your schedule.
You should set aside the entire day! The coaching portion will last a few hours, but you will likely want to work through everything that came up for the rest of the day, or simply practice some self-care. It’s not advisable to jump into work or social time right after this program.
